Walk Through & Listen
We'll come to your place and actually look at what you're dealing with. Not a 10-minute drive-by either. We spend time understanding your vision, checking the bones of the house, spotting problems you might've missed. Then we talk it through honestly.
Detailed Quote & Plan
You get a real estimate. Line by line. What we're doing, what it costs, how long it takes. We'll walk you through it in person, answer your questions (all of them), and make sure you're comfortable before anything gets signed.
Permits & Logistics
We handle the paperwork. Building permits, inspections, scheduling subcontractors — it's our headache, not yours. You shouldn't have to figure out who pulls what permits or when the electrical inspector shows up. We do.
Get Your Hands Dirty
Renovation work starts. You'll see us here regularly (same crew, not rotating people). We keep the site clean enough to actually live here. You get weekly updates on what's happening, what's next, and any decisions that need making from you.
Quality Check & Punch List
Before we call it done, we walk through everything with you. Testing outlets, checking finishes, making sure doors hang right. You spot anything else that needs tweaking — we fix it. No "that's close enough" garbage.
Warranty & Follow-Up
Work's covered. You get documentation on everything we installed, plus our warranty info. We actually call back when you reach out. Most contractors disappear after the check clears. We're not those guys.
